Perfect Time to Request Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness Day!

This is the perfect time for those of you who wish, to send in your requests to your State Governor or your Mayor to request March 31, 2011 to be Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness Day in your community! 

Most states request they come no earlier than ninety (90) days prior to the date.  If you are interested, please email us at cdhawareness@breathofhopeinc.com - we will send you a Sample Letter, you can edit with your information, sample Proclamations as a guide for your state or city and other documents to help!

You keep the Proclamation - we just ask for a photo!
